Mostly it is recommended for those people who have just arrived from trekking routes and the massage is named a trekking recovery massage that will relieve your stress.

One can even enjoy and practice wall climbing in Astrek center which is situated opposite of Loft Hotel.
Indoor Sports Arena is just next to Loft Hotel where you can practice Archery. Besides that, there is also futsal with PlayStation.

Located amidst Thamel, Hotel Mulberry has a swimming pool on its terrace. From where you can view some parts of Kathmandu valley taking warm sunbathe.
Visit Kaiser Library
Due to the devastating earthquake in 2015, the historical Kaiser building has been badly affected. But its library is still open. The library is free to visit and you can read many historical and modern books.
