Born in a small mountain village in the Solu region of Nepal, Sherpa Dorji is a seasoned trekking and climbing guide with over 10 years of experience in the Himalayas. His journey into the world of mountain adventures began with humble steps—as a porter, carrying the dreams and burdens of trekkers across some of the world’s most rugged and beautiful landscapes.

With dedication and hard work, Dorji gradually advanced to become a licensed trekking guide and eventually a professional climbing guide. Today, he leads treks and climbs across Nepal’s most iconic trails and peaks, including Everest, Ama Dablam, Mera Peak, Island Peak, and more.

Dorji is not only known for his strong physical endurance and technical mountain skills, but also for his deep knowledge of Himalayan geography, weather, safety, and local culture. He has earned a reputation among travelers as a dependable, respectful, and cheerful companion in the mountains.
